A: Please reset your doorbell camera and connect it to new wifi again, 1) Leave the doorbell camera close to your WiFi router when connect to WiFi. 2) Open the doorbell camera and use a reset pin press the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear 'Cuckoo'.(Reset button is at the bottom of the doorbell) 3) Please make sure the doorbell LED indicator is flashing red. 4) Connect this doorbell to WiFi in CloudEdge. (Please confirm your WiFi name and password is correct, it requires that the wifi password doesn't have special characters (/!@#$) and works only with 2.4ghz WiFi.) 5) Keep your phone 5-8 inches away from your device when scanning the QR code.
