For orders that do not fulfill or fill in the wrong IOSS number, Yanwen pre-collects value-added tax by default, and the charge rate is a flat 2% increase according to the standard VAT rate payable in each country. , Dutch VAT is 21% and the actual payment is 23%., and this part of the tax cannot be used for future input VAT deduction. For goods with prepaid taxes, the recipient does not need to pay taxes. Please honestly report and do not under-declare, otherwise, the risk of delay in inspection, detention, and fines will be borne by the shipper. At the same time, our company has the right to reject underdeclared goods. The goods were detained by French customs due to under-declaration and the tax had to be paid according to the actual value, the costs incurred will be borne by the customer and the actual invoice shall prevail."
