The shipping fee for your order may vary depending on your region. We have different postage standards based on logistics costs, and the exact postage will be determined accordingly. For remote areas, the postage will be calculated based on actual accounting by the logistics party.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is processed, which usually takes 1 business day, it will be shipped using our insured logistics provider. In general, you can expect to receive your XTU product within 3-5 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. Please note that orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary.
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we offer shipping services to the United States, Canada, United Kindom and select European Union (EU) countries, including Italy, Germany, France, and Spain. However, please be aware that we do not ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses, islands outside the continental USA, or other countries and regions at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Options and Fees:
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders under $40. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, and there is no shipping fee.
Express Shipping: If your order does not qualify for standard shipping, you can choose our express shipping option. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, and a shipping fee of $10 will apply.
Important Notes:
We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website. Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.
